| Fort Lauderdale Community Center advocates for the Arts by participating in the 2020 Cultural Steering Committee, the Executive Cultural Committee, the Cultural Tourism Task Force and members of the Broward County Cultural Foundation.
The Broward County Cultural Division strives to keep the public informed about:
- Local Cultural Events, Workshops, Community Cultural Services,
- Grants, Public Art, Art in Education, Community Cultural Locations, and much more...
The Division is instrumental in supporting
and informing the public about world-class
arts and cultural facilities and quality events that enhance Browards lifestyle and the state of Florida. Broward County has more than 1.8 million residents, 10.3 million visitors (2.1 million of those are international), 10,000 artists, 5,660 arts-related businesses employing 20,918 people, 550 not-for-profit cultural organizations and 31 municipalities are beneficiaries of the services, technical and marketing assistance; and grant funds through Broward Cultural Division.
